Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is ÇOBAN, Mehmet Emin, trading as Coban Labs, a self-employed business in Belgium. Contact: mehmet@cobanlabs.com. The full address and enterprise number are shown at the bottom of every page.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you send us:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), your message, the topic you chose and the page language. Used to answer you and, if you want, to prepare a proposal.
- Email: what you write to mehmet@cobanlabs.com, for the same purpose.
- Hosting logs: the hosting provider briefly records technical data such as IP address and browser, to run and protect the site.
Legal basis
Answering your request and preparing a proposal are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Hosting logs rely on our legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels.
Who processes the data
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Supabase: storage of contact form messages.
- Google: email.
- Cloudflare: domain and DNS.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless they lead to a contract; contract and invoice data are kept as long as Belgian accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or ask for a copy, by writing to mehmet@cobanlabs.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
