Digital work for NGOs and EU-funded projects
In EU-funded projects the digital work is often left to the last minute: the project site, participant applications, a shared space for partners and dissemination. Coban Labs, based in Brussels, builds these for NGOs and project consortia in line with your deadlines. Sites can be offered in several languages, such as English, French and Dutch.

Does any of this sound familiar?
- The project needs a website, but the partners work in different languages.
- We collect participant applications by email and scattered forms.
- Sharing documents and information with partners is messy.
- We struggle to report on our dissemination activities.
- We are not sure we handle personal data in line with GDPR.
What I do
Multilingual project site
A site presenting the project, the partners and the results, in English, French, Dutch and Turkish where needed.
Participation and application flow
Applications from participants, employers or training providers are collected in one form and land in a tidy list.
Member workspace
A simple workspace where partners and members can log in and share content.
GDPR and dissemination
Personal data is stored on European servers and consent is recorded. News and document pages are prepared for dissemination.
Examples
- A trilingual project site connecting employers, training providers and migrant organisations
- A participant application form and applicant list for an Erasmus+ project
- A member area where project partners share documents
- Dissemination pages publishing project outputs and news

FAQ
Which EU programmes do you work with?
Coban Labs handles the digital work for projects funded by programmes such as Erasmus+ and DIGITAL Europe. Project sites, sign-up flows and member areas are the most common requests.
Which languages can the project site be in?
English, French, Dutch and Turkish are the most common. The EMERALD Re-skilling Lab site that Mehmet delivered runs in English, French and Dutch.
Which tools do you build with?
I usually build sites with Next.js and Supabase, with data stored on European servers. If your partners use WordPress, I work with that too.
Can the work fit a project budget, and how long does it take?
The website package starts at €1,900 and is delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Larger work gets a fixed quote matched to the project budget and timeline.
How do you handle GDPR?
Personal data is kept in your own accounts, on European servers wherever possible. Forms collect explicit consent and that consent is recorded.
