AI agents and assistants
An AI agent is software that carries out a specific task by your rules. It answers customer questions, books appointments, creates CRM records and waits for your approval on important steps. Coban Labs builds these agents on top of your own documents and the tools you already use.

Does any of this sound familiar?
- We answer the same questions dozens of times a day.
- Company knowledge sits in a few people's heads and in scattered documents.
- We tried ChatGPT, but it does not know our data or our processes.
- We worry an AI tool will give customers the wrong information.
- The team loses time copying and pasting between tools.
What I do
An assistant that knows your business
Price lists, contracts, FAQs and internal documents are connected to the agent. It answers from these sources and says so when it does not know.
An agent that uses tools
The agent books calendar slots, creates CRM records and drafts emails. It only reaches the tools you allow.
Approval steps
For important steps such as money, customer communication or deleting data, the agent stops and asks for your approval.
Logs and oversight
Every answer and every action is logged, so you can see later what the agent did and why.
Examples
- A website assistant that answers product and price questions and books interested visitors into a call
- An agent that reads incoming email, sorts it by type and drafts replies
- An internal assistant that summarises a customer's history for the sales team
- A knowledge assistant staff can ask about company procedures

FAQ
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot mostly answers questions. An agent also does work: it books appointments, creates CRM records and drafts emails. Coban Labs builds agents that ask for human approval on important steps.
Which AI models do you use?
I use Claude, OpenAI or Gemini models depending on the job. The accounts are opened in your name, so you control the cost and the data.
How long does an AI agent take and what does it cost?
For a single task the first version usually runs within two weeks, and the automation package starts at €1,500. For broader agents, Mehmet gives a fixed quote after a 15-minute call.
What if the agent gives a customer wrong information?
The agent only answers from the sources connected to it and says when it is unsure. Sensitive topics are handed to a person and every conversation is logged.
Where is our data stored?
Your data stays in your own accounts. Coban Labs prefers servers in Europe wherever possible and does not copy your data elsewhere.
Describe your problem in two sentences.
In a 15-minute call I'll tell you plainly whether it can be solved and roughly how long it takes.
