Technical problem solving and rescue
Sometimes the job is not building something new but finding out why the existing system does not work. Coban Labs reviews stuck projects, broken integrations, slow sites and systems nobody understands any more, then finds the problem and fixes it. Mehmet Emin Çoban works on any kind of technical problem and documents the work in language your team can follow.

Does any of this sound familiar?
- A software project has been dragging on for months and we cannot see where it is stuck.
- An integration broke quietly and data is arriving incomplete.
- Our site or app has become slow or crashes from time to time.
- The person who built the system left and nobody knows how it works.
- We received a quote from a software company and want a second opinion.
What I do
Diagnosis
The code, servers, logs and data flows are reviewed. Where the problem is and why it happened is written down clearly.
Fix
The problem is fixed and a check is added so the same failure does not come back.
Documentation
How the system works is documented in language your team can read, so you do not depend on one person.
Second opinion
A quote, architecture plan or technology choice is reviewed independently, with risks and options in writing.
Examples
- Finding and repairing a broken booking integration, then putting it under monitoring
- Speeding up a slow website
- Reviewing an undocumented system and making it understandable for the team
- An independent review of a software quote

FAQ
What kind of technical problems do you work on?
Problems with websites, web apps, integrations, automations, databases and servers. Mehmet Emin Çoban first diagnoses the problem, then fixes it and documents it.
Which technologies do you know?
TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Redis, Docker, n8n and AI models are the tools I work with most. For other technologies, I review first and tell you plainly what can be done.
How is the work priced and how long does it take?
It starts with a 15-minute call. Coban Labs then gives a fixed quote for diagnosis and fix, and the timeline ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on the problem.
Do you work with code written by someone else?
Yes. Reviewing systems built by others, often without documentation, is a large part of this work. At handover, how the system works is left in writing.
Can you help with an urgent outage?
Depending on availability, yes. Describe the problem briefly by email and I reply the same day.
Describe your problem in two sentences.
In a 15-minute call I'll tell you plainly whether it can be solved and roughly how long it takes.
