Business automation and integrations

In most businesses data is moved between tools by hand: from a form to a sheet, from the sheet to the CRM, then on to WhatsApp. Coban Labs connects these steps so every record lands in the right place on its own. Setups are usually built with n8n and run in your own accounts.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • We copy form enquiries into a sheet and the CRM by hand.
  • Appointment reminders get forgotten and attendance stays low.
  • Every month we build the same report by collecting data from different places.
  • A change in one tool does not reach the others, so records do not match.
  • Bulk messages and emails are sent manually and inconsistently.

What I do

End-to-end flow

One process is built from start to finish: an enquiry arrives, it is saved to the CRM, you get notified and the customer receives a welcome message.

Connected to your current tools

Calendly, Cal.com, Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp and your CRM are connected. You do not need to buy new tools.

Reminders and follow-up

Reminders before appointments, follow-ups for no-shows and win-back flows for quiet customers.

Reporting

Scattered data is collected into one sheet or dashboard, and the report updates itself.

Examples

  • A Calendly booking landing on the website, a sheet and the CRM at the same time
  • A web form enquiry saved to the CRM and announced to you on WhatsApp
  • SMS and WhatsApp reminders before appointments
  • Bulk WhatsApp sending with consent checks and unsubscribe handling
  • A weekly sales report prepared automatically

FAQ

Which tools do you use for automation?

Mostly n8n, adding Supabase and custom code when needed. Everything is set up in your own accounts, so the system belongs to you.

How long does a first automation take and what does it cost?

The Coban Labs first automation package starts at €1,500 and runs within two weeks. Optional monthly maintenance is €150.

Which processes are a good fit for automation?

Rule-based work that repeats often: collecting enquiries, saving records, notifications, reminders and reporting. On a 15-minute call Mehmet tells you plainly whether your process is a good fit.

Do we need to change the tools we use?

Usually not. The automation connects to your existing tools, and a new tool is only suggested when it is genuinely needed.

What happens if something breaks later?

Bugs found within 30 days of delivery are fixed free of charge. After that, a monthly maintenance option is available.
