Context
The sales, support and training teams at Digiens Academy tracked customer information in separate tools. Bookings, messages and sales steps lived in different places. As the team grew, they needed one system for all of it.

- Sales, CRM and lead management, with incoming leads assigned to team members
- Booking tracking kept in sync with Calendly
- WhatsApp messaging that respects consent and opt-outs, plus SMS
